This time has as all questioning everything. Our monetary flow, our health, our places in the world, our very existence. It’s so easy to go into a dark space because life doesn’t look the way it usually does, right now. We are being morphed into a more astute and mindful version of ourselves. Forced to fan the flames of the fire inside of us that burns to.. hold our selves accountable. To appreciate everything we have ever taken for granted. The strength we have as women, as a people is insurmountable. Let’s focus on what we will bring to the table, how we can be of support to one another even when you don’t think you have much to give. Our lives provide constant opportunities to provide solutions to our problems. Because there really is no problem without a solution, we will figure it out together.

America has taught us that capitalism takes precedence over our mental and physical health. Now we are being shown that what matters most is getting our minds right and getting our s**t together. There’s no where to hide. We have to re-evaluate everything, how we treat our sleeves and each other here on earth. How we treat the earth. We must clean up within in, in order to clean up our own lives. We will become better from this, as a people.

May we dedicate this time to loving the people in your life more than ever. Being of action. Walking your talk. Figuring out what you really want. This is about cleaning up the collective mind. Realizing that mental health should come first. Capitalism is being restructured, money has not never been what was most important. This is about realizing who you are and how you can contribute to the world because we are all stepping into our roles as healers and leaders during times like these. Do not doubt yourself or where life is taking you now. Or if you are “skilled enough” or if you don’t know how you will start that dream project —JUST DO IT! Be not afraid of shedding the old. We are being called to focus on cleansing our minds and bodies right now. Be patient y’all. Let’s take this time to shine your light of positivity and being of service.
