Over the last 20 years the City of Los Santos been on a decline. With the drug market on the rise and many crimes being committed in the city. It’s no wonder that the City of Los Santos is the Gang Capital of the world. After the Los Santos Police Department Corruption in 2004. The public lost all faith in the police department and the citizens started taking matters in their own hands.
Thousands of gangs popped up and now millions of people are involved in numerous crimes activities.
Now with the new Generation taking over the streets. Will everything change or stay the same?
