A dog Photographer, her Golden Retriever, and a touch of imagination. She now continues her photography journey with Bear the Golden Retriever.

'That Golden Dog' Photography by Candice Sedighan began in 2006 when she started taking pictures of her Golden Retriever, Champ, for fun. Her whimsical photos have since been shared around the world and became a book in 2015. 'That Golden Dog' pays homage to Champ who passed away shortly after the book was published. Pet Photo sessions coming in late 2023.

This big boy turned 9 yesterday! 🎂 Happy birthday Bear! You deserve all the chuck it balls and peanut butter cake!

The results are in, and just like I thought, Bear is a very happy and healthy boy! 💪🏼 The mast cell tumor was LOW grade, meaning no further treatment is needed. Stitches come out tomorrow, and he’s ready to jump right in to his 9th birthday next month as healthy as ever! 🎉

Hey friends 👋 I know we’ve been quiet lately and wanted to finally come by and fill you in. Bear had a small growth on his arm tested by fine needle aspirate and unfortunately it came back malignant (mast cell tumor). He is going in to surgery today to get it removed and sent in for biopsy to check the grade of the tumor. He’s almost 9 but has the energy of a 3 year old, so I’m feeling confident he will be ok. 🤞 Keep this sunshine-y boy in your thoughts today. ☀️ I will update soon!

9 years ago today, the rainbow bridge gained an angel. 🌈 October marks the month he was born, the month this photo was taken, and the month he left us due to hemangiosarcoma. Thank you for spreading years and years of smiles across the internet, sweet boy! 🫶

Happy National Ice Cream Day from Angel Champ, Bear, and baby Bear! 🐶🍦 Give your pup a sweet treat with this dog-friendly recipe below:
Blend:
-1 frozen banana
-1/2 cup coconut milk
-1/2 cup plain yogurt
-1 spoonful of peanut butter
Freeze for 4 hours, thaw and mix for softer consistency
