Venice is an incredible city, but there’s something about the Cannaregio that feels comfortable and familiar. Maybe because it’s where the locals hang and it’s away from all the hustle and bustle, and although not often open, there are such cute artist studios, bakeries, and restaurants that are so great!

Venice is definitely a challenging place to execute an event, but there are definitely beautiful people and charming characteristics about the city that I will always love!

Very grateful for these two ❤️. Since I did not do my annual post of my parents for their anniversary, I am sharing a photo I took of them yesterday for my mom’s birthday. The Frida Kahlo Museum was quite an intimate experience. It was her home; “the place that shapes Frida…”. There was much I didn’t know about Frida until I got to the museum. Reading about her family, how she explored art, and seeing the surroundings that influenced her (family, dolls, Knickknacks, the house itself). It was a pretty cool experience, and I’m glad I checked it out!
