PLAYBOX:

So while having the best time shooting in Kentucky, these crazy (very non-LA) thunderstorms rolled in out of nowhere and it just poured. It did, however, end up allowing for some very cool opportunities to create neat photoshop'd non-real photos...like THIS one of Lily Rasmussen and myself. It represents how we dealt with it like true professionals - ha!
And no, it wasn't really flooding outside the studio (just INSIDE the studio - Yikes!). Hope that got fixed Miles Meehan & Martha Stephens Meehan Thanks for bringing true 'cool' Lily. You ROCK'd it!

PLAYBOX:

So when I had the pleasure of jetting off to the great state of Kentucky to shoot at Miles Meehan's Stage Right Acting, I got to his studio just as they were rehearsing for their stage production of INTO THE WOODS, Jr. So I pulled out my iPhone and recorded the magic I saw happening before my eyes. Really cool stuff. Actors are amazing and the Director...well of course is just a stud (we all know that) and really great at what he does. Check it out and support these Kentucky artists! :)

What a great trip to Dallas! Every client was a blast to shoot. We all had so much fun!

In one instance, this adorable spitfire of an actress (Renee Peebles Alcala) and I were shooting her sassy hair-styled headshots, when we were interrupted with a DANCE-OFF CHALLENGE that these 'unannounced guests' threw out at us. They said they were usually bored during the Christmas Off Season and had something to prove. They asked us, "So you think you two can dance?" She and I just looked at each other confidently, set the camera aside and prepared to 'throw it down!' I'm pretty sure we won. :)
