"Dream Reflection" has been jurried into Los Angeles Art Association's newest on line show, "Vagaries".
This is a single exposure of a reflection on glass. The reflection on the bedroom's glass walls combined the outside palm tree with the bed inside the room. It felt like a dream.

Today's Quick Share is the first photograph to appear in this feature. But its no ordinary photograph, but the single exposure (not composite) of a reflection of a Paris street cafe on a flower shop window that results in a combination of the flowers, the cafe and the people on the street. The work is by Santa Monica based Carol Kleinman

As an alumni of Getty Images, Mark has seen a lot of wonderful photographs and is more critical of this than of any other medium. But we both agree that this work, softened and given a painterly quality by printing on canvas is both excellent technique and a lovely result. All good things must come to an end. Tomorrow, November 18th, is the last day of this exhibit but we're sending it off with "Meet The Artist" at 3pm. Come see and hear how we do what we do. It will be an enlightening afternoon with drinks, munchies and wonderful people.

TAG Gallery rocked tonight to the cool sounds of the Canyon Jazz Quartet The night was enhanced by margaritas as we celebrated an evening of ART!
