So my friend David and I went to pick up his brand new at today. We built it up and played around a bit in the kitchen. This is the future. ARRI delivered once again. And it feels amazingly nice on the shoulder, even this bare!

Oh and that Proteus 45 2x anamorphic? Sweet as well, did a great job!

Here's another shot of the latest addition to my toolkit. a beautiful Plaubel Makina 670, probably from 1984. I found that gem at in Graz in excellent condition and treated myself for my birthday this year. and here she is at lunch in Sarajevo in September this year...

Stages of a trip this morning to .festival after a 7 years hiatus! What a glorious way to travel! And I don't even mind the delay we picked up.
