Capturing the amazing staff and students at their prom at the iconic Jonathan Club was one of the highlights of the year for sure. I cannot wait to continue to witness the greatness that comes from Areté Preparatory Academy.

Very proud of the work I get to do with amazing schools in our area. Posted • Our last park day of the school year! Areté students enjoyed a variety of activities such as working on their final papers in the open air to training to be a Jedi. Teachers Brian and Ethan surprised students by bringing a giant conical mirror and instructed students to draw an image that they could then burn using the focus of the reflective light, applying math and science to the entire experiment.

Until We Meet Again...

I have been photographing the Taylor family since their twins were in preschool, and they were surprised with the pregnancy of their youngest child. We went to Holmby Park to capture the most beautiful maternity session, where they styled their session with a beautiful color palette of oranges and blues. I have photographed them (almost) every year since including their newborn session once their youngest arrived. Sadly, they are leaving Los Angeles for their new life in Texas and asked me to take one last local session with them. It only seemed right to have it at the same park, try to recreate some of the treasures of our first session, and make plans on when I can go to the Dallas area to continue our annual tradition. Enjoy basking in the love of this incredible family while my face tries to recover from the pain of smiling for the entire photo and editing session.
