When I meet new people and I tell them I am a photographer one of the first questions is "what type of photography do you do?" It's not an easy answer since my content varies across many lines. But my favorite work is Travel. It excites me, makes me uncomfortable and my eye has to adjust to the new sense of colors and visual organization in a foreign place. Trying to understand something of the other side of one's wall makes people grow.
So today I was so happy to receive the new issue of PDN in the mail with my image of my passport books on the cover! I have worked hard on these tiny books for over a decade and feel honored and proud to see them get some recognition. They are a product of my true love of travel and the continuous adventure to understand the world a little more every year. Check out the new PDN May/June issue out now... YAY! Special Thanks to Jen Laski and Holly Hughes.
