LA stays standing 🎞️🤎

Last month, I created this set of photographs by using a combination of analog and digital techniques. Shot on film, developed by hand, I took the negative strips and burned them to create a sense of a warped view of the city of LA. A representation of the landscape and LA skyline standing still after the January fires. It’s an art piece that represents our city surviving destruction.

This city was built and founded by the native Latin people who with their hands, have paved our roads, built our infrastructures, and planted the seeds that grew into the successful bustling city that it is now.

LA was built by immigrants, by dreams, by unity, and our community. We will continue to rise up against hatred, racial tensions, and outdated ways of thinking. The work of immigrants has been the foundation and the future of our city and country.

Blasting into the new year at the Atheist show last night! 🔥

What a legendary night hanging with these badass dudes backstage and watching them tear the stage apart. It was a killer show and I loved that they played my fave song from the Jupiter album! 🔥

Yesterday’s lineup was stacked and with over 1000 photos taken, it was hard choosing which ones to share! I’ll be sharing some more sick pics from this epic show in the upcoming days so stay tuned! 🤘🏼📸
