There’s really nothing quite like seeing people you love become parents. Especially friends who have been there since the beginning. & I have been those friends who have seen each other at our lowest and been there for all the celebrations in life as well. And this is definitely a celebration.

It was a slow weekend. Rain & SNOW in SoCal. Some shoots had to be rescheduled, which forced us all to slow down. Someone mentioned the other day that my little one was losing his round baby face THEN, on Sunday my oldest lost his first tooth and that sent me into a sentimental, bittersweet, and emotional tailspin. So here are pictures of my little one in diapers & his sweet little hand that is very much still little and dimpled. And my oldest trying a new do & checking out his new grin. 🥹 holding on tight to these days

I’m sloooowly trying to shift my business over to a better booking system, to make scheduling, payment & invoicing super simple and all in one place - I say slowly b/c I’ve been held hostage in sick ward 2023 at my house with sick kids (we all know this vicious cycle) - so what could have taken me a couple days feels like it’s taking forever! Anyway, momming comes first, and these images from my archives are giving me healthy & free SoCal vibes - which I’m really craving right now 🌊 ☀️

Took my little one on a journey to find the best family photo spots a bit ago. I’ve been shooting in the same trusty locations for years and while some of them are still holding true to their beauty- it was time to go discover more gorgeous spaces in this beautiful nook of southern California. By the dirt on his nose, you can tell he really got in there ;)
