Something about that curly cord that keeps you less distracted and in one spot, as if to help you connect better!
I have many memories of my own with my curly cord pink phone sitting in my room gabbing with my friends.
Here are three reasons why I like to chat over the phone prior to our session!
1. Duh! I want to get to know you! My work is not transactional. It is personal! I want to get to know you, your needs, your personality. For our full experience, that also includes me coming to your home so I can fully cater to you and design artwork that fits your personality and design aesthetic.
2. While, yes, I can send you a "quick" form to fill out, and I do include that as well, but over the phone we unravel what your needs are and how I can serve you on a much more personal level in how I will tell your story and how those images will serve you and your family as tangible artwork
3. Just as any brainstorming session, speaking in person unlocks the "live" hive mind and as a result, together we come up with some pretty awesome ideas both over the phone and at our in person consultation.
Phone calls might seem "inconvenient"... But in reality, they pull us together for a cleaner, and more intimate connection!
