Famed American architect Frank Lloyd Wright designed iconic buildings like the Fallingwater house in Pennsylvania and the Guggenheim Museum in New York -- and he also designed a dog house for a 12-year-old boy who sent him a letter.

Fun to see these photos! It fascinated me to see how this article connects the invention of the camera to people you'd think were around before then.

We’re so used to seeing elaborate paintings of historical figures that it’s hard to believe that these historical figure photographs actually exist!
