As Warren Yanez Photography continues to grow, we’re excited to begin implementing a more structured booking process moving forward to better serve all clients and events.

Effective immediately:

• Signed contracts and retainers will now be required to officially secure future bookings and event dates.
• Session time begins at the scheduled appointment time. Late arrivals may reduce total shooting time in order to avoid impacting other scheduled sessions or events.
• Overtime coverage may be subject to additional fees when applicable.

These updates are designed to protect both the client and photographer experience while continuing to provide quality service, communication, and turnaround times.

Clients who are already booked prior to this update will not be required to sign a contract unless they would personally prefer one for added security and peace of mind. Feel free to reach out and inform me and I will add you to the list and send a contract out.

📸 Booking Update – Graduation Season

Hi everyone! With graduation season here and the school year wrapping up, my schedule is especially limited as I focus on finals, AP testing, and end-of-year commitments.

I’m still booking sessions, but availability is very limited and weekends are filling quickly.

Please keep in mind:
• Booking at least 3–4 weeks in advance is highly recommended
• Sessions are $65/hour
• Travel fees may apply depending on location
• A deposit is required to secure your date

I truly appreciate all the support and understanding as I balance school and photography. I do my best to accommodate when I can and look forward to working with you!
