a couple of small town kids can throw the best weddings! sometimes, weddings aren't all about being posed and being picture perfect. there are a lot of details and moments that stand out and feel more important.

a little brother who loves his sister as if he's the big brother. a mom who made sure her son and his bride had everything they needed. a mom sharing some piece with her daugher, and a girl who knew her bonus dad from the time she was a toddler sharing a few seconds of emotions before he helps her dad walk her down the aisle.

a groom and his dude who learned the term "nuts to butts" and had so much fun with it--and figuring out that they can toss each other up in the air as long as they group together (i'll let you wonder if each of them were caught on their way back down)

lastly, audrey and payton each have a brother in heaven, and they did not hesitate to make sure to include them on their special day. had you been there, you would have gotten to see the brothers show up in their own ways. these two families sure can make you feel like you are part of them! very thankful and honored to be a small piece of this day.

a question i get pretty often is "how many photos do i receive?"

my answer? i'm not sure!

something that sets me apart from a lot of lincoln photographers, is that i don't put a time limit on a session (within reason) and it would be so hard for me to only let you pick out a total of five photos. editing is my favorite part of photography, so my preference is that you get all of the "good" ones sent to you. you don't even have to pay extra!

the amount of photos you'd get really just depends on how the session goes. if your kiddo isn't feeling too hot, then we probably won't get as many shots (sick season is coming up, so if they aren't well, just reschedule!)

this particular session received a total of 40 photos. they drove all the way from norfolk to see me, and it just so happened to be the one year anniversary since we did sweet baby elsa's newborn photos! i love this crew of four 🥰🥰🥰
