I love when the Holy Spirit reminds me to “pause” and us practice a minute before placing the boat in the actual pond 🌾

I just love these so much. If you can’t tell by the way they look at each other… sometimes no one else exists. Those are always my favorite kinds of photos - the real, in the moment moments that you can actually feel later.

And shoutout to my right hand woman Jessi 😂🤍 she was in the truck fully emotional while we were taking these. We laughed, we cried, we ran through fields… the usual around here and no one got a tick bite that led to a meat allergy 🙌🏽😑

This shoot was basically my dream 😭 A pond, a tin boat, pups running around, golden light… I was in absolute photography heaven.

These two balance each other so well, and you can just feel the comfort and love they’ve built together over the years. My favorite part though — the first time Chance ever brought Kaitlin here, she thought he might actually be a serial killer 😂 and now, over a decade later, this place has become part of their home and little weekend getaway together. Honestly, that’s kind of beautiful.

Also… if anyone could’ve seen the behind the scenes of us capturing these photos 😭😂 I was balancing on top of a 20 foot dock while I had two strong independent women acting as my human ankle braces so I wouldn’t fall in. Anything for the shot lollll.

I’m so thankful God gives me moments like these to capture 🖤

I got to spend the evening yesterday with this little bundle and his precious mom and dad! My studio is almost finished 😅 so we set up outside on my deck and honestly… I loved it. God gave us the sweetest weather to just slow down and hang out in. Sometimes newborn sessions need a little extra cushion time, and that’s always okay with me 🤍

I’m so grateful to capture these moments and be trusted with your little ones. I may never have a child of my own this side of heaven, but I promise to love yours like they were my own 🤍

Exchange students are such a gift! They come here to learn, grow, and experience life in a new place, but it’s also such a beautiful reminder that every connection matters. Sometimes the people coming from other countries may have never truly heard about Jesus or experienced His love personally. What a privilege it is to show them Christ through kindness, friendship, and community.

Watching Sofia grow in her faith while she’s here and knowing she carries that back home with her is such a special thing to witness 🥲🤍 God reaches far beyond borders, languages, and countries.

To all the seniors graduating this year, keep becoming who God created you to be. The world needs your light more than you know.
