I wanted to make some cozy, seasonal art, so I pulled out all of the spooky, fall, and Halloween themed ideas from the pile to pull from.

I also tested out my Poscas on the Canson XL paper. It still got a lil pilled and warped, but nowhere near as bad as the black cardstock. I like how thick it is because you can build up layers and it won't bleed onto the next sheet.

Testing out this Canson XL watercolor sketchbook for ACEOs and using my container of ideas to randomly select what I make. It did still warp a lil, but it didn't bleed and it didn't pill. It's nice and thick, with a rough side and a smooth side. I think it'll make nice ACEOs!

I'm thinking I'll spray seal and cut them out once I have 2 or 3 more pages done. I should test Posca markers on it next!

Drawing Pokémon is kinda tough, so I separated out all of my Poké ideas into their own container. I might focus on drawing them later.

While creating my set of random art ideas, I picked out some more sketchbook pieces that I could turn into ACEOs. I cut them out and cut them down to size. I cut down some black cardstock and I'll mount them.

I came up with a way to make deciding what to create easier by randomizing it. I cut up some blank note cards into little pieces, wrote ideas onto them, folded them in half, and put them in a container.

I have 112! I told you I had a problem. And these aren't even all of them. 😬 I plan to use these to work on ideas that'll become paintings or digital art, along with creating new ACEOs.

I'm hoping this will help me with creating more consistently. There are a lot that are generic ideas that can become several different things. Once I get through all of them, I'll have WAY more pieces than the 112 ideas.
