so insanely grateful to have 4,000 of you apart of my cutsie little community 🫶🏻

it’s funny because I had grown my old account to over 30k followers at one point but because the engagement was so low, it never really felt like I had that many followers. which makes starting from scratch and being able to start over from the ground up so much more exciting!

and although I’m constantly learning and trying out new formats to post, these are the few things I’ve noticed to really help expand your reach:
1. Instagram still really favors short, aesthetic clips (under 15s)
2. shares, reposts, & saves are what really boosts a post
3. crossposting to Facebook really seems to help
4. consistency is everything

at the end of the day, an engaged community is all I’ve ever cared about & I feel so so excited about what’s to come. if you’ve been looking for a sign to start posting, just DO IT because you’ll never regret trying!

thank you for being here! ILY!!

I hope my kids remember that I always had a camera in hand instead of a phone & that documenting their childhood became my life’s greatest passion 🫶🏻

bringing back low effort, old school photo dumps but I like the idea of giving context/insight to each pic in the caption. so here’s my lil bts:

1. sitting in my nana’s backyard while soaking up the sunny bournemouth breeze was more healing than I could have envisioned
2. I absolutely love this photo of my babies chugging a cuppa (milk)
3. my mummy never got to meet Lulu so having HER mama get to meet him, truly healed some of those painful wounds
4. my nana’s room that hasn’t changed since I was a little girl felt so incredibly comforting
5. we took so many photos that I will cherish forever
6. so. many. that I want to frame
7. I wish I had taken more photos of my mama’s hands so here’s to no more regrets of not taking enough photos
8. a rare photo of me with my hair down but you guys I cannot get over how warm & beautiful the weather was during our trip!
9. cheetah pants will be my new thing from now on btw
10. getting to experience a Liverpool game at anfield stadium for the second time & SUCH a fun atmosphere
11. so grateful we got to meet up with some of my besties & we had the coziest last night in the hotel room eating Indian takeout & chatting about nothing & everything
12. ugh I adore this photo so much
13. jord used to play the piano at my nanas house every time we would visit & now she sat with the babies & I think I need to get meeky into piano lessons because he LOVED it
14. omg we actually got a photo where we’re all smiling?!?
15. we went to the aquarium with my mama the first time we took Meeky to London so we obviously had to take them again
16.
I didn’t even realize how much I needed this trip with my nana where we got to talk about my mama endlessly & share stories about her & our love for her
17. this backyard has seen so many generations 🥹
18. another favorite photo too good not to share
19. our gorgeous view from our London hotel
20. document everything. take the photos. print them. & never take the small moments for granted

I have been using this exact setup now for over 1.5 years and oh my goodness THIS is what I would recommend to any mom that has a baby/toddler & upcoming hotel travel. (& if you’re pregnant rn, put this on your baby registry for real 👀)

I mean when you’re spending so much money to stay in a hotel, you want to be able to enjoy the room and not feel forced to go to bed once your kids go to bed!!! which is why this setup makes it feel like I’m literally putting my kids in their own room as soon as I zip them up for the night hahahaha

slumberpod can be kinda pricey but it’s so worth every penny ESPECIALLY because they’re super breathable, lightweight, & easy to setup!

although this is not sponsored, ILY 🫶🏻
