Let's face it. The appeal to women is one of the crucial factors any home seller should pay attention to. After all, how your kitchen and bathrooms look like can determine if your home gets sold for top dollars or not. While most homes do not offer the huge areas depicted in this photo, you should present your kitchen and bathrooms in the most positive light. First of all, clean up the clutter. By storing away the little Knick-Knacks you are clearing up counter space and bring in a smoother, cleaner look. Store away your tooth brushes and personal hygiene items. Then keep your bathrooms clean at all times. Open blinds or leave the light on if you expect a showing. For a REALTOR, there's nothing worse than bringing a client into a dark home or room. Make sure your kitchen and bathrooms are clean, bright and inviting. After all, you just need to keep it up until your home is under contract and closed, but your chances of Selling your home increase dramatically with beautiful, clean and bright bathrooms (regardless of size).
