Father–daughter memories like these are fleeting in the best and hardest ways. One day she fits perfectly in his arms. One day she doesn’t. And photos become the proof that this version of life really existed.

Right in the heart of Santa Fe Park sits one of Needles’ most meaningful landmarks. This commissioned Route 66 sculpture isn’t just a photo backdrop, it’s a visual love letter to our town’s history.

The piece blends multiple layers of local storytelling:
• The iconic Route 66 shield, honoring the Mother Road that shaped Needles
• Railroad elements, a nod to the city’s deep roots as a rail town
