When one of your favorite people on the entire planet finds their soulmate… there are no words. What an honor it was to not only attend this wedding as her best friend/sister, but to also capture and witness one of the most beautiful days. To know Erin is to love her—she is pure magic. Spending the entire weekend celebrating her and her now husband (who is just as incredible) was the best. My heart is so full watching two people so perfectly meant for each other begin their forever.

One of the things I love most about what I do is being invited back into a family’s life again and again. From that sweet season of pregnancy, to tiny newborn days, and now here we are celebrating this beautiful girl turning ONE. Watching families grow in front of my lens is something I’ll never take for granted. Being trusted to capture these milestones, these chapters, these fleeting moments — it truly fills my heart. Full circle moments like this are why I do what I do.

There’s something so sweet about young love — the kind that’s fun and easy, full of inside jokes, shy smiles, hallway hugs, and moments that feel big even when they’re small. It’s that stage of life where everything is new, exciting, and a little awkward in the best way. Watching two high-schoolers just genuinely enjoy each other is the cutest thing ever.

It was such an honor getting to photograph this beautiful mama. Their sweet boy has been long-awaited, and being able to capture this season for them meant a lot. She looked amazing, the whole session was so easy and relaxed, and you can just feel how excited they are. I can’t wait to meet you, little guy.
