Super excited to share these proposal photos.

What started off as a simple couple’s session, turned into a proposal shoot when my client’s boyfriend sneakily flashed me a ring. I’m glad I was paying attention, and was able to find a way to set them up for a proposal. AND she was completely surprised!

My favorite part is how in the moment of hoping to get the perfect photos and video of the proposal, I very intelligently stood in a pile of fire ants. Luckily only one managed to do damage, but he made it all the way up to my arm to attack.

A little bit of chaos never hurt anyone, right 😂

“I reckon so” - True Grit

A 4:30 AM alarm, morning drive out of town, dog full of stickers and burrs, a slight sunburn, and a dusty car later, and this masterpiece of a gallery was complete.

I typically have a vision for each photoshoot, and very rarely are the final products exact to what my plan was, they typically take a life of their own. But with this shoot, my goal was to capture warm, bright, and airy photos with a little western twang. Even some of the photos are exactly what I had pictured in my mind. I really can’t stop talking about how much I love these photos.
