Well… it’s been a little quiet around here lately. 🤍
For the last few months, I’ve traded camera batteries for diaper changes, editing sessions for late night feedings, and golden hour shoots for baby snuggles. And honestly? I wouldn’t have it any other way.
For those who may be new here, I’m Lacey, the girl behind the camera at Lacey Aleah Photography. 📸
I’ve spent this season soaking up every smile, every milestone, and every moment with my little family. Becoming a mama has changed me in the best ways. It has taught me to slow down, appreciate the little moments, and find beauty in the ordinary. Those tiny hands, sleepy smiles, messy kisses, and genuine connections mean even more to me now than they ever did before.
When I’m not behind the camera, you’ll usually find me spending time with my husband and our sweet little boy, out on the lake soaking up the sunshine, tending to my garden, or enjoying an iced coffee while dreaming up my next project. 😂☕️
So yes, sessions may look a little different these days. There might be a little more coffee involved, a baby on my hip (or attached to me somewhere 😂), and maybe even a funny mom story or two. But one thing hasn’t changed, I still get just as excited about golden hour, genuine smiles, and delivering a gallery that makes you cry happy tears. ☀️🤍
This mama runs on coffee and Jesus, and I am so incredibly blessed to be stepping back into doing what I love. Thank you for sticking around while I embraced this sweet season of motherhood. Your support, encouragement, and trust mean more than you’ll ever know.
