From a skeptical shot to a massive WI Giant recovered with the thermal drone. 🦌🔦 After 1.5 hrs of fighting a thick canopy, we trusted our data, found the thermal signature, and brought him home. Thanks for trusting us with this recovery!

BIG BUCK DOWN!!!!

Absolute giant of a Wisconsin whitetail recovered last night!

The phone rang around 8:30 PM with a family in need, and as luck would have it, they were our only call of the night. We didn't hesitate—packed up the gear and headed straight their way.

The hunter was dealing with plenty of skepticism. The arrow evidence showed minimal pe*******on, and being avid hunters themselves, they knew the absolute last thing they wanted to do was risk pushing or bumping a deer of this caliber out of its home range.

Working right now comes with its challenges—the summer canopy in the woods is thick, making it tough to punch through from above. After putting in a solid 1 hour and 30 minutes of flight time, it took leaning heavily on the data and experience we've built up over the last 3 years. We knew with high confidence this buck had to be holding within 250 yards of where he was hit.

By systematically reworking the area and getting some better angles through the thick timber, the thermal signature finally popped. We located this majestic animal and brought closure to the hunt.

Huge thanks to this family for trusting us to help with the recovery. Stories like this make all the hours behind the sticks worth it.

We were called to Cornell WI to help locate a lost cow. With the use of the thermal drone, we were able to locate him just off an open field, laying down. With the help of Wisconsin cow catcher we were able to get him in the trailer in no time. These guys are the best in the business. Everything they do is with a purpose and professional. Go give them a like/follow on all of their socials to stay up to date with their adventures. Aerial Agritech
