Super crunchy, not overly sugary or salty, and no oil. Just a really clean snack with great texture. My new favorite snack!

Stopped by Simply Sheep at Natural Products Expo.

Tried their sheep milk yogurt and it was really good. Super creamy with a great flavor. Definitely one I’m looking forward to getting more of.

Stopped by Fresh Press Farms at Natural Products Expo.

They were telling me about their peach vinegar, made from real peaches and crafted to bring a bright, slightly sweet acidity to foods and drinks. Definitely a unique ingredient I hadn’t tried before.

Always fun discovering new flavors at the show.

This is Gary Vee’s VeeFriends snack brand. What I like about it is the idea behind it. He’s been talking a lot about creating collectibles that help kids build memories with their parents while also making better snack options.

Healthy gummies plus characters and collectibles from the VeeFriends world. Fun concept blending snacks and storytelling.

They specialize in Japanese food products and ingredients, and the team made me a quick dish right at the booth using some of their products. Always fun seeing the ingredients come together live.

Great way to experience authentic Japanese flavors at the show.

I’ve been a fan of their products for a while. They make ready-to-heat Mexican dishes like carnitas, barbacoa, and tamales that are actually really good and super convenient.

Stopped by Fearless Eggs at Natural Products Expo.

They sent me some of their eggs to try a few months ago, so it was great finally meeting Chef Joey and the team in person. Thanks Chef Joey and team.

They were showing their poached-in-shell eggs. The eggs are pasteurized and gently cooked right inside the shell, making them safer and super easy to use for meals or meal prep.

Interesting innovation around something as simple as eggs.
