Not every moment is perfectly posed and that’s the point.

Olivia and Jared chose a day that felt slow, intentional, and fully their own. No rushing. No pressure to perform. Just space to be present with each other and actually experience what they had spent so long planning!

I stopped offering hourly wedding photography.

Because weddings aren’t meant to feel like a countdown.

Most celebrations naturally fall within 10–12 hours, so every collection now includes full wedding day coverage.

The only difference between collections now is the extras couples want most:

– second photographers
– film photos
– rehearsal dinner coverage

One thing I always tell my couples: your wedding day shouldn’t feel like a photoshoot.

Kenzie & Chase’s cocktail hour was full of hugs, laughter, and the kind of moments that only happen when everyone is finally together in one place. And the best part? They actually got to enjoy it!

Instead of spending a huge block of the day away from their guests, we broke their couple’s portraits into a few short sections throughout the day, about 10–15 minutes each. That keeps things relaxed and gives you space to be present instead of disappearing for an hour of photos.

For family portraits, we keep it simple with just immediate family after the ceremony. Then during cocktail hour and the reception, I quietly grab photos with extended family and friends as those moments naturally happen.

You get beautiful portraits, real candids, and time to actually experience your wedding.
