🚀 We’re Hiring: Part-Time Operations & Client Success Coordinator

Jeremy Cummings Photo + Film is growing, and we’re looking for an organized, proactive person to become the backbone of our daily operations.

This is not your typical administrative assistant position.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys creating order, solving problems, and helping deliver an exceptional client experience.

This position will begin part-time (20–30 hours per week) with the opportunity to grow as our company expands.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate and schedule real estate media appointments
• Communicate with clients before and after shoots
• Manage project workflow with our editing team
• Perform quality control on delivered photos and videos
• Deliver completed projects to clients
• Help manage our CRM and client database
• Assist with invoicing and client follow-up
• Coordinate social media and company marketing efforts
• Help improve systems and processes as we continue to grow

We’re Looking For Someone Who Is:

Jeremy Cummings Photo + Film is growing, and we’re looking to build a relationship with a talented contract filmmaker/videographer for real estate, luxury homes, builders, and brand content throughout East Tennessee.

This is not a full-time position (yet). We’re looking for someone we can bring in on a per-project basis with the opportunity for consistent work as our video division continues to grow.

We’re looking for someone who:
• Creates cinematic, story-driven videos—not just walkthroughs
• Has experience with gimbals, drones (Part 107 is a huge plus), and professional camera systems
• Has a strong eye for composition, movement, and lighting
• Is dependable, professional, and great with clients
• Is passionate about constantly improving their craft

Projects may include:

🏗️ Builder & construction progress videos
🎥 Realtor branding content
🏢 Commercial properties
🏕️ Vacation rental marketing
