I wanted to hop on here and share a quick business update because things have gotten BUSY. In order to keep everything running smoothly and continue delivering the best galleries possible, I’ve put a few policies in place:
✨ Booking & Payment
A 50% retainer is required to secure your date (no date is held without it)
Final payment is due the day of your session
Late payments = no gallery delivery
✨ Turnaround Time
Full galleries are delivered within 2–3 weeks
Sneak peeks within 24 hours so you have something to enjoy right away 🤍
✨ Communication
I will not be responding to messages after 8pm
✨ Rescheduling & Cancellations
Reschedules must be requested at least 48 hours in advance
Your retainer will transfer to a new date (one reschedule allowed)
Additional reschedules may require a new retainer
Retainers are non-refundable
Cancellations within 48 hours = retainer forfeited + new retainer required to rebook
No-shows will require full payment to book again
✨ Session Timing
Session time starts at your scheduled time
Late arrivals will cut into your session time
After 15 minutes late, the session will be canceled or need to be rescheduled
✨ Image Usage
You’re welcome to print and share your images however you’d like!
Please don’t heavily edit or alter them so they stay true to my style
I may use images for my portfolio or social media—if you ever have concerns, just let me know 🤍
