THIS!!! 💍✨

The proposal pop-up session I was raving about all weekend!

The future Mr. & Mrs. Brutcher are quite possibly one of the sweetest, most laid-back couples I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. Griffin thought of absolutely everything to make this proposal perfect, and Brynn had ZERO clue what was coming!

He secretly packed the dress she had bought and mentioned wanting to wear when she eventually got engaged. He insisted she get her nails done (and she’s now very thankful she didn’t go with the polka dots she originally wanted 😂). He convinced her to enjoy a nice dinner and then take a short walk to see the waterfalls.

And that’s when the magic happened. 💍❤️

It was the perfect evening at Ash Cave. Not a single soul was around—they had the entire cave to themselves, making the moment even more magical and intimate. The emotions, excitement, and pure joy were absolutely unforgettable.

These are the moments that remind me why I love what I do so much. Being trusted to capture one of the biggest moments in someone’s life is truly an honor.

💍 Proposal Session 💍

This week brought a little bit of magic to Hocking Hills!

A young gentleman reached out to me a few weeks ago (thanks to a referral from a high school friend) with a simple question: “I’m staying at a cabin in Laurelville and want to propose to my girlfriend, but I don’t know where.”

After tossing around a few ideas, we landed on the perfect location—Ash Cave. From that moment on, the planning began. For weeks, he watched the weather forecast and worried that rain would ruin everything. Thankfully, the weather cooperated, and the day couldn’t have been more perfect.

The couple enjoyed dinner at a local Dutch restaurant before heading to Ash Cave to check out the waterfall. She had absolutely no idea what was about to happen. In fact, she thought I was just another random hiker passing by. 😄

Then came the moment.

The nerves. The excitement. The emotions.

He got down on one knee, and just like that, two people deeply in love began the next chapter of their story. ❤️

And yes… there is VIDEO! 🎥

There are countless photos, countless memories, and one very happy newly engaged couple. I am giving them time to make their official announcements, so for now you’ll have to settle for this behind-the-scenes sneak peek!

But I have to say… this session may have unlocked a new favorite type of photography for me.
