Went on a little urban exploration expedition today with a a friend. We checked out an abandoned middle school that has been empty since 2002. It was cool and dry inside with the breeze blowing through dozens of broken windows… it lent to a peaceful but slightly mysterious atmosphere . Wandering through empty hallways and forgotten classrooms felt like stepping into a different world. We even ran into a few other explorers along the way, just exchanging a quick nod like we were all in on the same secret. It was a spontaneous little adventure, and I’m really glad we went.
