Hello everyone! I hope you are having a wonderful day today. I wanted to come on here and tell you just how thankful that I am for each of you on this journey, without you, I would not be where I’m at today! I truly appreciate every follow, like, share and session booked. I appreciate you telling your friends and families about me. I appreciate you allowing me to be a part of some of your lives biggest moments. I am honored in so many ways that you choose me, every time. I love each and everyone of you and from the bottom of my heart, thank you! 💛
Now, with that being said I do have some news to share with you. I have made the very difficult decision to step away from photography for a little while. Not forever, I will be back! I just need a minute to breathe. In full transparency, I’m extremely burnt out! But not because of anything anyone has done or anything like that, I am just extremely overwhelmed in my personal life and it is taking a toll on my business. I am mentally unwell, I have been for some time now and I have tried to keep pushing through and hoping for the best but it is time that I take care of me. I have started therapy and I just need time to focus on that and getting better. I know this is hard news and it’s not something I wanted to do by any means.. I love photography and capturing such special moments for you all. I’m actually heart broken about this but I know deep down that I need to do this. My mental health has become a stumbling block in my creativeness and in my editing. I find it very difficult to sit down and edit, to be completely real I have zero desire to do so and that is not fair to you as my client if I were to continue working when I am feeling this way. I am terribly sorry for having to make this choice and I hope you all can understand. I appreciate you and thank you so much for being here through my journey! 🫶🏼
With all of that, the ONLY sessions I will be taking until further notice are the mini sessions posted on my page currently. Once those time slots fill up, I will not be booking anything else. If we have a session scheduled already, I will honor your session and we will still do it! Please know I am not trying to cancel any sessions I have planned for the remainder of the year, if you are on my books then we will do your session! If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out! Thank you so much. 🫶🏼
If you are waiting on a gallery from me, I am still working on them and I deeply apologize for the delay. Please know I am doing all I can to get them to you! I ask that you please have some grace with me and if you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out.
I may do a model call here and there through the fall as it is my favorite season and when I like to create the most, but they will be very selective and only something I truly want to do.
If you have made it this far, thank you for taking the time to read what I have to say and thank you for being here. When I return there will be some changes, I will be changing my business name and my pricing will be changing, as well as the type of sessions I will be offering.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all you have done for me, I hope that when I return you all will be here to welcome me back with open arms. Until then, I covet your prayers and ask that you remember me when you pray. I look forward to loving photography again like I have since a young girl and I can’t wait to capture timeless moments for you all again so soon! Thank you!
