10.03.2025 - 8th Grade Jr. Suns vs Moses Lake

This is the last full game I was able to photograph. The overcast skies made for interesting color variations, but I kind of love the warm, golden hues.

The game started out slow, with the Suns and Mavericks trading back and forth downs before the Suns kicked off a succession of quick-scoring drives. The defensive line worked overtime to maintain and push forward the lead, but overall, a very satisfying win.

9.20.2025 - 8th Grade Jr. Suns vs the 8th Grade Jr. Riverhawks

I was blessed with a little bit of "golden hour" for some of these pictures and it really made the background colors pop.

The Jr. Suns started out strong, but really struggled between the 2nd and 3rd quarters. There were a few key offensive and defensive plays toward the end of the 3rd quarter/beginning of the 4th quarter. The Riverhawks had a few solid drives, but ultimately, the momentum shifted in favor of the Suns. Not the most consistent game, but the boys definitely came to play.

9.6.2025 - 8th Grade Jr. Suns vs the 8th Grade Jr. Lions

This is the largest number of pictures I've ever edited in a single batch, but there were just too many good ones this time around.

The Suns offense looked solid, with the receivers, running backs, and multi-talented QB gaining the yards. Meanwhile, the offensive and defensive lines consistently blocked and broke-up plays - there was even a blocked field goal attempt! Very exciting game.

Looking forward to today's match-up against the Riverhawks. Let's go Suns!! 💙💛🏈
