Happy almost Anniversary! Thought it was about time to share a few moments from your beautiful day.

What does a full wedding day at The Westbrook Inn look like?

For Melody and Jack, it began with a September-inspired palette of forest green, warm ivory, soft stone and deep merlot—woven through the thoughtful details that set the tone for everything to come.

Their day unfolded slowly: getting ready with the people closest to them, walking into a ceremony surrounded by historic New England charm and finally reaching that unmistakable feeling of being married.

After the congratulations, we intentionally created space for the two of them to step away together. No audience. No rushing from one scheduled moment to the next. Just a chance to breathe, take in the day and create photographs that felt both elevated and completely natural.

Then everyone gathered beneath the sailcloth tent for dinner, heartfelt toasts and a celebration that carried into the evening.
This is why full-day wedding photography matters. It allows your gallery to hold all of it—the design, the atmosphere, the portraits, the people and the quiet moments happening in between.

Melissa and Michael’s New York love story was such a joy to document.

Melissa first reached out about having me photograph their wedding and then, in the sweetest twist of timing, she won the giveaway I held around Christmas. It felt like the perfect fit.

Melissa has the kind of contagious, welcoming energy that makes everyone she meets feel at home, and Mike was just as wonderful to spend time with. I stayed at her family’s apartment, and we photographed their engagement throughout the New York neighborhood where she grew up making these images feel even more special. It was so kind of her to share her childhood home with me and a bit more of a glimpse into her beautiful life.

I cannot wait to see them again and document their Vermont wedding this fall.

It’s the way your hands find each other without thinking. The look from across the room. Your parents watching quietly from the sidelines. The laughter, the movement, the people you love, and all of the little moments happening while you’re busy living them.
