Over the weekend, my best friend flew me out for photos since I’ve moved away, and I got to spend time behind the camera again doing something that truly fills my cup.

I had the honor of photographing her daughter and her son, who just turned one. I did her daughter’s senior photos years ago, so being there to capture this stage of life felt like such a full-circle moment in the very best way.

Since moving to Texas, I rarely get to take photos anymore, so being able to slow down, create, and capture these memories with someone I love meant more than I can put into words. I’m so grateful for the trust, the time, and the reminder of how much I love this work.
