As an agent, how do you feel about virtual staged imagery?
In the world of Real Estate Media, photography is only a small portion of the services that agents like you need to get your property notice and sold! When you are looking to separate your listing from another, virtual staging may just be your answer. In the coming weeks, we will be launching an online purchasing platform and a host of new services and styles of work to match the needs and budgets of each agent and property.
If you do not know, I entered this creative niche as a way to provide high-level imagery for commercial and residential real estate agents, brokers and REALTORS® after an 18 year career shooting commercial NFL and other sports. I still have amazing sports clients, and it is the perfect match that allows me to build this business in a way that meets the needs of each and every agent. My past experience of working with the most demanding clients has prepared me to accept nothing short of perfection in every level of work I provide. That commitment to quality and customer service is delivered to each and every client and their clients. My work is meant to be the building blocks of your brand as an agent, and I can hep you in every phase of your marketing and branding. In the coming months, I look forward to sharing much of my work that has never been shared, as well as my new services and styles with each of you!
Beginning this April, Abell Real Estate Photography is now Abell Real Estate Media; we are transitioning into a one-stop, creative shop offering each of you services in photography, graphic design, videography, true + virtual twilight photos, aerial photo + video, 360º tours, floor plans, headshots, environmental portraits, branding imagery and more! We are proud to be the only service provider in Middle Georgia to have won local and national awards as both a photographer and graphic designer, and we the only with a BFA in graphic design from the University of Georgia.
