I got my first chance to take photos of my oldest son’s tournament this weekend. He’s on a new team this season and while we miss some of our old friends. The jersey may change, but the friendship doesn’t.

I’m really excited to watch this team this fall/spring! ⚾️

I didn’t get their first weekend of baseball, BUT I did make it to Kansas Chiefs football game.

I took pictures on Sunday at my Older sons baseball tournament and forgot to charge my camera battery. So my camera died about half way through the game but I think I got a couple a decent shots…🏈

I am still working on the Soldiers World Series photos.

It’s bittersweet for me that this is the last album of the boys playing 8u. They have grown so much, they held their own on a big stage with some majorly talented teams. Multiple in the park home runs and River had a grand slam! ⚾️

In their first season as a travel ball team they won a championship and collected three rings!

I will always be impressed with their maturity and how they handled their losses. I’ve watched them regroup and pull off a win mid game. You don’t see that even in the older age groups. They are the sweetest, kindest, most competitive boys you will ever meet.

While I’m sad the season is over I’m also excited to watch these boys move to kid pitch. They are just getting started and this time next year I’ll be posting them with their own championship belts. 🪖🖤💚⚾️

My oldest started summer ball, and the best part is she asked me if I was going to bring my camera! Heck ya I am, you don’t have to ask me twice! 😆 Which I hadn’t charged my camera battery and it was almost dead but I was able to get a few shots today ❤️ So excited to watch her play her last year of junior high softball. 🥎
