meeting allison + bob really felt like reconnecting with old friends & every text message & phone call & email we’ve had since then has proven me right. becoming absorbed into their friend group yesterday was like the best family reunion. the variety of toasts & stories shared through the day was like reading a book [or poem] about all the lives they’ve lived. it was a complete blast to celebrate with them — and their style was the cherry on top. color, joy, intention, gratitude & whimsy.

getting to be a fly on the wall at a wedding is such great insight into the couple we’re celebrating. hearing stories, speeches, toasts…getting to talk to guests & see how everyone shows their love for the couple….its incredible. I can go from barely knowing someone, to seeing exactly who they are in one day. I adored getting to know lisa + robert & seeing how well loved they are 🥂

our 2 year old took this photo on the morning of his bday party. and it’s the only photo of nate & I in the last six months 🙃

starting off 2026 weddings next week & it feels like the beginning of a new school year! did I get all my supplies? do I need new clothes [no]? did I do enough in off season to come back refreshed? will I make new friends? what’s going to happen between now & november? who will I become this year? who will I capture! so many new memories to be made & im so excited & as nervous as ever🫶🏼

to all my couples this year - I love you & feel so lucky to know you. to all my past couples, I still look at your photos & wonder how you are doing 🥹 to the ones with families that I still photograph, your kids make me cry happy tears. thank you thank you. let’s have a good big happy year!

one moment from every wedding this year✨

it’s not the best photo, or the perfect moment — but it’s a photo I love because its from a moment I was grateful to be apart of. we get to meet so many people & see so many family dynamics & laugh with so many family members. the highlight of this job is getting to see past couples at weddings [see the last pic of us with two separate past clients on the dance floor 🤪].

thank you for another big full year of weddings. we’ve done this for just over a decade & I still love getting to show up & celebrate people 🥂

a few of my fave candids from this summer. the biggest wedding party in the world made for a verrrry fun time as they got ready and celebrated will + rachel. I really do miss wedding days once they’re over & this is one I’ll miss for a long time! 💗
