I'm not sure who "Enchanting Beauty" is. But thank you for the negative review..?
Golly, that really bugs me. I think I know who that person is? This client booked with me, confirmed, paid, and then did not show up while I was there locked and loaded to go. She did not show. I said she could send another deposit to book which is another booking. She did not want to pay for the time she booked for this weekend and said I was unprofessional in not communicating, which I did. That time that she didn’t show up took up that time that she reserved regardless of not being there while I waited. Since she booked again, then she is taking up a whole other time slot from another client.
This is not to be rude or "unprofessional"? But I was there and ready. I said she will have to book another time slot in order to have her photos taken. She assumed it was free while at the same time sending me the deposit?
I really do try to do the best customer service that I can. I try to be reasonable with pricing and delivery time. But I can't do free sessions unfortunately.
So I guess I received a bad review since she has now wasted 2 of my best time spots. 😞 That stinks. I'm very thankful that most of my clients are super fun and kind to work with!
