One year ago today, I officially turned a little dream of mine into N. Kiloh Photography. ✨

Since then, I’ve had the privilege of photographing so many beautiful families, sweet babies, milestones, events and meaningful moments.

This past year has brought so much growth across more than one area of my professional life and I’m incredibly grateful for every person who has trusted me, supported me and allowed me to be part of their story.

I’m so proud of how far this little business has come and even more excited for what’s ahead. 💖

This weekend, I had to say goodbye to my best girl. 🐾🪽

These are actually some of the very first photos I ever took with my very first camera that my dad gave me back in 2011.

Looking back at these images has brought me full circle. I didn’t realize it then, but this was where my photography journey truly began — preserving the people *and pups* we love. I’m so thankful to have these photos of her as such a young, wild pup — exactly how I’ll always remember her.

Thanks for 15 years of love and being my very first model, Madeline. 💖

Annual summer sessions on the Nelson lawn with these two never disappoint. I love getting to watch this guy’s personality grow year after year. He and Johnny are just a few weeks apart in age, and I have a feeling they’re going to have so much fun together this weekend. 💛

Getting a behind the scenes look at bottling day at TerraVox Winery was a reminder of just how much craftsmanship goes into every bottle. From all the moving parts and skilled hands to the countless small details, it’s all part of the journey that brings each bottle from the vineyard to your table. 🍇

I believe there is something incredibly powerful about being able to carry life and bring it into this world. Motherhood asks so much of you physically, emotionally and mentally — and somehow all you mamas still continue to love, nurture, protect and pour into others every single day.

You amaze me every single day with how smart, empathetic, fearless, and full of life you are. Watching the world through your eyes is pure magic and being your mama is the greatest privilege of my life.
