Had a great time teaching

It was an absolute honor to be asked to share my Jiu Jitsu by my long time friend this past weekend! Thank you brother for your generosity and hospitality. Thank you for opening your arms and your academy for me to teach and train with your team! I appreciate the warm welcome from all the students at RGA, because you guys made the experience so enjoyable.

I hope for nothing but the best for all of you and can’t wait to do it again sometime down the road. Again, thanks for having me out!

Had an INCREDIBLE seminar w/ Professor !

I’ve been to a lot of seminars in my journey, but this was one of the largest I have ever witnessed in person. Rob, is an extremely detailed instructor who not only teaches you technique, but also the proper mindset to utilize them as well!

Professor Brad and his team made such a lasting impression as well. We came in as strangers and instantly made new friends to connect and network with down in Springfield, MO.

I’m greatly looking forward to future endeavors with both Rob and Team Fusion as time goes on. These relationships can only strengthen what we have going on and builds bonds within our regional Jiu Jitsu community!

Thank you SO MUCH for the opportunity guys!!!!

Another bucket list Jiu Jitsu icon ✅

Had an absolutely INCREDIBLE time getting to meet and hang out with one of my top 10 Jiu Jitsu heroes of all time, ( ) before the seminar tomorrow!!! Ya know, people say “be careful meeting your heroes” and I have DEFINITELY learned that lesson the hard way in the past, so I just wanna say a huge THANK YOU to you Rob, for actually being a decent and genuine human being!

There are some big things in the works for me and my team 🤫 stay tuned!

Feels great to be back

Man, I can’t say enough good things about Coach and the rest of the team … There’s never any easy rounds, everyone is safe during training, they treat my boyz and I with INCREDIBLE respect and hospitality, and everyone pushes each other to truly progress!

No other gym in the KC area feels more like home to me when I’m not training at my own Academy!

Thanks for having my boyz and I out tonight guys. We had an absolute BLAST!!!

👀 look who popped into open mat

Haven’t seen my boy Matt in a while! I was very happy he stopped by to show us some love and get a second training session in today.

Man, it’s crazy how fast time goes by… I met Matt when I moved here in 2021 at a open mat. Since then, I’ve seen him compete in several tournaments and trained with him many times where he coaches the morning classes.

Always a pleasure exchanging knowledge with you brother. Thank you so much for coming to visit, I was VERY happy to see you man!

Another world-class instructor off my bucket list ✅

This weekend I had the honor of sharing the mats with one of the most sought after takedown artists IN THE WORLD… Mr. Justin Flores AKA !!!

Justin was so down to earth and easy af to talk to. His seminar was incredibly structured, task based and over emphasized around safety!
We covered many dynamic drills to teach us foot sweeps from linear and lateral angles. It was one of the best seminars I’ve ever attended in my life!

HUGE shoutout to for hosting the event, and also another goes out to for giving me so much
one-on-one help digesting the material as we were being taught!

I learned I am DEFINITELY a ⬜️⬜️⬛️⬛️⬜️ in Judo!!!

The seminar was INCREDIBLE!!!

As innovator of leg locks at the highest level of the sport, Chris showed us things today that I never even knew were possible off positions that I play all the time! 😳🤯🤓🤙🏼

I greatly appreciate the knowledge brother and thank you for taking the time to address my questions…. You are just as good of an instructor as you are a competitor!

Hope this isn’t the last time we are on the mats together, but if it is… I want to thank you for your time and sharing your perspective.
