Earlier this year, I had the opportunity to attend an incredible Western portrait workshop, and it's still one of my favorite photography experiences of the year. From the authentic western styling to the beautiful locations and talented models, every detail created endless opportunities for creativity.

Workshops like this are about so much more than taking photos. They're a chance to learn, be inspired, try new techniques, and connect with other photographers who share the same passion.

Looking back through these photos reminds me why I love photography so much—the ability to tell a story, capture personality, and preserve a moment in time. Grateful for the experience and everyone who helped make it possible.

Last weekend I flew out to Seattle and attended my very first PhotoFest at Glazer's camera. 📸

Being surrounded by talented photographers, creative instructors, and hands-on learning opportunities was both inspiring and energizing. It's easy to get comfortable shooting the things you know, but events like this remind me how important it is to keep learning, experimenting, and growing as an artist.

One of my favorite parts was getting the chance to create images that are a little different from my usual work. From dramatic lighting to creative concepts, I came home with a camera full of inspiration and a renewed excitement for photography.

I’d love to see the world through your eyes!! If you’ve captured a piece of it—a view that made you pause, breathe a little deeper, or feel something—I would love if you would share it with me. 🌎📸✨

When I’m not behind the lens capturing people, I’m usually out wandering somewhere new.

Sometimes it’s a quiet stretch of Montana where the mountains don’t try to impress you… they just exist—making everything else feel smaller, quieter. Sometimes it’s another state, chasing light I’ve never seen before. And every once in a while, it’s a different country entirely… standing in a place that reminds me just how big and beautiful this world really is.

There’s something grounding about it. A quiet reminder that beauty isn’t rare or distant… it’s everywhere, if we’re paying attention.......
In the land that stretches endlessly beneath open skies.
In the rhythm of the sea that never seems to rest.
In the sky itself… constantly changing, like it’s telling a story we’re all invited to watch.

February has that soft, love-soaked glow, hearts everywhere, and magic in the air… which makes it the perfect time to snuggle a brand-new Valentine 💕📸

I recently had the sweetest newborn session with this precious baby girl. She arrived just in time to remind us that the truest form of love comes wrapped in blankets, with ten tiny fingers and a whole lot of heart.

It’s been a little while since I’ve been in the studio, but today was a much anticipated welcome back. 🤍
I had the honor of photographing the sweetest newborn baby girl, and she was absolute perfection from start to finish. Tiny fingers, soft little stretches, and the calmest presence… the kind of session that slows everything down and reminds you how special these first days really are.

I’m so grateful to be trusted with moments like this and to help preserve memories that pass far too quickly. Today was a gentle reminder of why I love what I do. ✨ I just can't wait to get these photos edited 📸
