- Name
- Horses Name
- What Class (or classes)
- Email for videos to be sent to!

PLEASE fill out multiple for different horses and different riders! It makes it way easier to find you!

Payment will be through the following - Venmo, Cash App, Paypal! if none of those work for you, other alternatives can be worked out!!
