Happy Mother’s Day to all of the mamas out there 🫶🏽

Thank you Jesus for blessing me with these 3 amazing young men 🤍 growing up, I honestly never thought that I’d be solely a boy mom which may sound strange in a way but I was all into princesses and girly things and my brother was so much younger than me so I wasn’t into boy stuff 😂 but God definitely knew that they are what I needed and I absolutely LOVE it and wouldn’t change a thing! 🤍

Hi fam 🫶🏽 I know you’ve all been seeing a lot of me in non-photography terms and I’m thankful for all of you that are still here.

I’ve been taking care of myself these past few months—as it was time for a change. It’s been years since I’ve been able to show up for myself and my family in the ways that I want to. The weather has also played a huge role in my photography business for this whole year so far as well so I was taking advantage of the break as a time to work on myself 😊

But yes, I’m going to be posting about all of my photography and yes I’ll still be posting about this health and wellness journey because although I can’t make any medical claims, I’ve seen what it’s been doing for me and I can’t help but share it with everyone 🤍 (because why wouldn’t I want everyone to feel better and to be more confident?)

A few things:

Fitting back into my wedding dress wasn’t just about the dress.

It was about how I felt in it.
How I showed up.
How I saw myself again.

And I thought it would take something extreme to get there…
but it didn’t.

I stopped trying to do everything perfectly
and just focused on small, realistic changes I could actually keep up with.

That’s what made the difference.

I know this probably felt random…

But I didn’t start sharing this to sell anything.
I started because I didn’t feel like myself anymore.

I was tired, uncomfortable, and not confident.
And with my 10 year anniversary coming up, I had one goal:

I wanted to fit back into my wedding dress again.
