I had a full circle moment this past New years weekend.

I got to photograph the Roberts having a baby, just a couple days before their 1 year wedding anniversary, a wedding that I photographed.

I thought photographing weddings were my favorite thing -- documenting two people becoming a family. But boy, has that changed.

Photographing a person becoming a mother is one of the most sacred, holy experiences I've ever been a part of. Watching a body's natural instincts kick in to bring a baby in the world is awe-inspiring. Photographing a woman in her rawest, highest form.

I'm just full of gratitude and humbled to be a part of baby Roberts' first moments. If you know of anyone pregnant looking to have their labor documented, PLEASE send them my way. I would love to be there.
