This was a super quick session! I was only able to shoot for about five minutes before the rain came, but I’m happy I was able to capture a few special moments.

It’s been awesome being able to capture so much amazing talent at the gym. I know y’all see how fast those hands are! Might have to slow the video down next time—Tez Henderson is too quick!

One thing I love is date night with my wife and the fun photo shoots we do together. I love seeing how confident and empowered she feels.

Great fighters are built one round at a time.

When I first thought about starting boxing, I was nervous. I worried about getting hit and wasn’t sure if I’d be able to keep up.

After about two months at JJ's Boxing & Wrestling LLC, I can honestly say it feels like family. I wish I would’ve joined years ago. This is the best I’ve felt in a long time.

Recently, I’ve been experimenting with videography at JJ's Boxing & Wrestling LLC in Sun Prairie, WI.

This was filmed during an open mat session, held every Tuesday and Thursday from 6 PM to 7 PM.

My boys have been going here for about four years, and I’ve watched them grow so much on and off the mats. As a father, I want my kids to feel confident in life, and confidence starts with believing in yourself and not worrying about what others think.

I recently signed up myself after years of putting it off. Since starting, I feel like the confidence I lost as a kid is finally coming back.

If you’ve ever thought about trying boxing or wrestling, stop waiting like I did.
