Back in July, Ethan reached out to me with a planโ€”he was going to ask his beautiful girlfriend to marry him.

Over the next few months, he took his time putting every detail together. He chose a place with an incredible view, made sure their pup would be right there with them, found the perfect ring, and wanted a chilled bottle of ch*****ne waiting so they could celebrate afterward.

Then the day finally came. On top of a mountain, with their pup standing between them, Ethan got down on one kneeโ€”and his girlfriend officially became his fiancรฉe. ๐Ÿ’

Getting to quietly capture the moment they stepped into this next chapter was pretty incredible. Congratulations, you two! ๐Ÿฅ‚๐Ÿค

๐Ÿšจ EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY ๐Ÿšจ

I will no longer be posting identifiable images of children on my photography page, signed release or not.

The 7th Circuit Court of Appeals recently ruled that, under current Supreme Court precedent, privately possessing certain AI-generated CSAM depicting entirely โ€œfictionalโ€ children can be constitutionally protected when kept within the home.

That is enough for me to say I will not be a part of the problem. AI is advancing at an alarming rate, and our laws are struggling to keep up with what can be done with images online. I feel a responsibility to do my part to protect the children trusted to me.

Will this affect my business?

I donโ€™t care if it does.

The safety and privacy of the children and families who trust me will always come before marketing my business.

Okay ladiesโ€ฆ I found the CUTEST cozy A-frame with huge windows, beautiful natural light, and the perfect cozy setting for bo***ir. ๐Ÿ˜

Iโ€™m thinking about renting it for two days in November and offering a limited number of bo***ir sessions just in time for Christmas! ๐ŸŽ„

Gray skies in S**o this morning, but this beautiful family brought all the smiles and laughter. ๐Ÿค

Visiting Maine from New Hampshire, they took a little time out of their vacation to capture the whole family togetherโ€”and Iโ€™m so glad I got to be a part of it.

And can we talk about the cousin crew shirts?! ๐Ÿฉต Such a sweet touch and memories theyโ€™ll get to keep long after vacation is over.

Thank you all from the bottom of my heart for such an amazing year. ๐Ÿค

It has truly been an honor to be a part of so many milestones and celebrations and to be trusted to capture memories for your families. I am incredibly thankful for every single person who has supported my little business, whether you booked a session, shared my work, recommended me to a friend, or simply followed along.

With that being said, my weekends are completely booked through the end of October! ๐Ÿฅน๐Ÿ“ธ

As my boys head into football and hockey season, being there for their games and getting to enjoy this time with them is incredibly important to me. Because of that, I will not be opening any additional weekend dates in September or October.

I do still have weekday availability for sessions throughout September and October, and my November and December calendars are currently open for both weekday and weekend sessions!

Thank you for keeping me so busy and allowing me to do something I love while also giving me the opportunity to be present for my family. I truly couldnโ€™t do this without all of you. ๐Ÿค
