Years ago, I had the pleasure of meeting an amazing person named Kyle through a business I was managing at the time. We helped him with a small car show he was working to grow in Jeff City—Shelbyfest. Fast forward many years, I found myself diving into automotive photography. With humility, I reached out to Kyle, now a renowned photographer himself, to ask if I could photograph Shelbyfest. Without hesitation, he said yes. Huge thanks to Kyle Caraway for being such an incredible person and giving me the opportunity to get up close with these stunning machines. If you have ever thought about bringing your ride to Ford Enthusiast Nationals & Shelbyfest, one of the fun events is the cruises that occur the days before. Here are some photographs of the Friday cruise. Our cruisers traveled from Jefferson City on Highway 94 to Hermann, MO. They had lunch in Hermann and visited Hermann Ford. Finally, they drove the beautiful and scenic Highway 100 back to Jefferson City to attend the Friday night charity car show. We want to thank Kyle Caraway and our friends at Ford Enthusiast Nationals & Shelbyfest for inviting us in to photograph some of the most beautiful automobiles on earth. While there I did pop up my recording camera as well. The audio is pretty good, but it doesn't come close to describing how amazing noon is on Saturday in Jefferson City during Shelbyfest in person. I am excited to see the shots that I was able to capture and to see shots from some of the other very talented photographers and videographers that I witnessed out working their tails off on. To Kyle and your crew: thank you for giving us this gift in Jefferson City!!!
