As Black History Month has come to a close, I’ve spent the past few weeks honoring something that has always mattered deeply to me — visibility, legacy, and joy.
Although, I didn't post consistently, I chose to present many of these portraits in black and white intentionally.
Because when color is removed, what remains is truth.
Expression. Strength. Presence. Story.
Black and white imagery has a timeless quality that reminds us that who we are — our brilliance, our resilience, our creativity — is not limited to one moment in history. It lives on through every generation that chooses to show up fully and be seen.
This month wasn’t just about photographs.
It was about honoring the beauty of Black identity, Black entrepreneurship, Black confidence, and Black becoming.
And the truth is — this celebration doesn’t end here.
We continue documenting legacy every day.
People are stepping into new seasons right now.
New businesses. New roles. New confidence. New chapters.
If that’s you — I would love to help you document it.
