Father's Day is a tough time in our house. The loss of my husband and Alex's dad hits much harder this time of year.

There are avoided aisles in the store and avoided crafts and celebrations at camp.

BUT we are so blessed to have father figures who step up at this time of year! And that we are truly grateful!! It's not to replace her dad, but to be a presence where there is a void.

So to everyone out there, no matter what today means for you, I see you. I feel you. I hope today is what you need.
