Last weekend at the Carteret County Speedway I went to go see cover bands of classic rock. What drew me the most to this was the fact that KISS ALIVE The Tribute . I have always been a huge fan of KISS and heard about these guys over 2 years ago, since then I have been trying to find time to see them every time they are in town. I couldn't settle on one picture to post, so I put up all the shots of each member with their name behind them. I will definitely be posting more shots of them next week, but I'll end Friday with this. At the Carteret County Speedway they had the 3rd annual Classic Rock Fest this past Saturday. The band ZZ Top Notch was there and I have to say I have been a fan of ZZ Top music since my brother in law performed a cover of "Sharp Dressed Man" when I was young

I was taking photos of the bands at the Carteret Speed Way this past weekend and got he hear an awesome band that's local to my area. THORN was great and I cannot wait to see them live again!

I cannot thank IW Jacksonville, NC enough to be able to be apart of this event and capture unforgettable moments for the veterans and families of service members there. The whole event if you are unaware is to spread awareness to veteran and military su***de, and communities like these are what are needed to bring people together and be their for each other. I cannot wait to be apart of another hike, and thank you Irreverent Warrior for letting me be apart of this

Getting back into the swing of things and decided to start posting again with one of my favorite styles of photography, Macro Photography. This picture was actually a good challenge because the lens I used had no auto focus and had a manual aperture ring, as well as working with a brand new camera as well.
